Identifying your current supply
Enter the CUPS of your current bill and start
We will ask you for your contact details to provide you with the characteristics of the rate that best suits your needs.
What is CUPS?
The Universal Point of Supply Code (in Spanish: Código Universal de Punto de Suministro) is what uniquely identifies your point of supply within the electricity network.
How do I find my CUPS number?
Your CUPS number always appears on your bill in the supply information section together with your address, access tariff and power purchase agreement, etc...
Depending on your current company, it will be easier or harder to find it, but you need to look where you enter your CUPS number and something similar to ES0001000000000001MZ0F will appear.
We’re sorry to have to ask you for it, but we need it to be able to create your contract and process the change in provider.
